GamCare provide free information, advice and support for anyone harmed by gambling. You can call their helpline 24/7 on 0808 802 0133, talk to an adviser via live chat or join their online forum or chat room.

Gamblers Anonymous hold weekly meetings in Ross-on-Wye, along with an online forum and chat room.

The Gambling Commission provide information on how to get help to control your gambling, including signposting to a number of services and organisations available in the UK.

Money Helper offer free and impartial information and advice around a wide range of areas, including debt, borrowing, budgeting and saving.

StepChange offer free support, guidance and solutions to help you deal with your debt.
