Abuse means treating someone with violence, disrespect, cruelty, harm, or force. When someone treats their partner in any of these ways, it’s called an abusive relationship.
Abuse in a relationship can be physical, sexual, or emotional. Or it could be all of these.

West Mercia Women's Aid Support for Men have a 24 hour Male Domestic Abuse Helpline 0800 014 9082. Free and confidential.
Galop offer information and advice on domestic abuse, sexual violence and hate crimes for the LGBT+ community, along with providing a domestic abuse helpline and online chat service.
Men's Advice Line offer information, advice and support for men experiencing domestic abuse. They also provide a free helpline and online chat service.
National Domestic Violence Helpline is a free 24 hour service providing support, help and information to women experiencing domestic abuse or their family, friends and colleagues who are calling on their behalf.
NSPCC offer advice and information on domestic abuse for children, young people and parents.
Refuge is a national charity that supports women and children affected by domestic abuse.
Relate offer a range of different services, including relationship and family counselling, mediation and sex therapy, either face to face or via phone, e-mail and online chat.
Respect is a domestic abuse organisation, leading the development of safe, effective work with perpetrators, male victims and young people who use violence in their close relationships. They offer an anonymous and confidential telephone helpline for men and women, who are harming their partners and families.
SignHealth provide a specialist domestic abuse service, which supports deaf people to find safety and security.
The Hideout helps children and young people understand domestic abuse and how they can take positive action if it's happening within their family.
