Herefordshire Council provides a range of services for children and young people who experience social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH) and those with challenging behaviour, delivered by the integrated behaviour outreach service. The NHS provides information advice and support for parents who have children and teenagers with mental health difficulties. This includes advice and support around anxiety and depression, bereavement, anger issues and exam stress.
Young Minds offer practical advice and tips on supporting your child - from how to encourage your child to open up about their feelings to dealing with mental health services. They have a Parents A-Z mental health guide, and Parents Helpline who can provide advice and support if you're worried about a child or young person.
